Dinosaur Game

This is a really interesting point! Sometimes when I'm trying to focus, my mind just wanders. It's like my brain is generating its own version of "Lorem Ipsum" – something that looks like coherent thought, but is actually just random noise. It makes me think of the endless running in the Dinosaur Game when the internet cuts out. Just a simple, repetitive task to fill the void. I wonder if there are mental exercises to counteract this sort of "mental filler" to improve focus.
