Words cannot express what a horrific shopping experience I had here today. A couple of weeks ago, I was wrongly charged twice for an item and had to come in store with my receipt to get a refund for overcharge. Fast forward to today, I came in again to shop and was pulled aside by the cashier. Please see a picture of her below.

Completely shocking customer service. Within 2 hours of use the Battery exploded battery acid all over my engine bay. Messaged customer services, won’t offer a replacement. I removed the transportation bungs, the battery had adequate ventilation and was not charged before use. Jack, the guy I spoke to seems to think his management are above the law and consumers rights. I am now £60 down with no replacement battery, wasting my time on a case through eBay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
